Summer Super Camp

 The Program & our Mission:
•    The I.F.A. summer training program is focused on revolutionizing techniques of training for the Elite player
•    We provide specialized individual training sessions based on our knowledge, experience and proven training techniques
•     The Summer program is an intense physical technical training sessions for all levels 
•    Our training is focused on individual skills in a controlled training environment, valuable for players at all levels & ages.
•    All training sessions are focused on individual continuous game conditioning

THE PROGRAM IS NOT JUST ANOTHER INDOOR GAME OR SCRIMMAGE - THE SUMMER PROGRAM IS BASED ON A ONE WEEK PHYSICAL TECHNICAL TRAINING PROGRAM DESIGN TO CHALLENGE AND BREAK DOWN THE TECHNICAL SIDE OF THE GAME

Schedule
•    Day 1 & 2 – Ball Control & First Touch
•    Day 3 – Passing and Receiving
•    Day 4 – Shooting, Heading, Crossing & Finishing 
•    Day 5 – 1v1s, 2v2s & 4v4s  - Tournament Format

The sessions are focused on 30 minute intense Physical Technical Training followed by a 25 minute game scenario. 5 min rest period in between lessons.

Winter Academy

The Program & our Mission:

  • The I.F.A.Winter Academy is focused on revolutionizing techniques of training for the Elite player
  • We provide specialized individual training sessions based on our knowledge, experience and proven training techniques
  • The Winter Academy is an intense physical technical training sessions for all levels
  • Our training is focused on individual skills in a controlled training environment, valuable for players at all levels & ages.

 

All training sessions are focused on individual continuous game conditioning

THE PROGRAM IS NOT JUST ANOTHER INDOOR GAME OR SCRIMMAGE - THE WINTER ACADEMY IS BASED ON A SEVEN WEEK 1.5 HOUR PHYSICAL TECHNICAL TRAINING PROGRAM DESIGNED TO CHALLENGE AND BREAK DOWN THE TECHNICAL SIDE OF THE GAME

Schedule

  • Weeks 1 & 2 - Ball Mgmt, First Touch and Finishing
  • Weeks 3 & 4 - Passing, Receiving and Finishing
  • Week 5 - Possession and Finishing
  • Week 6 - Heading, Crossing and Finishing
  • Week 7 - The Game and Heading, Crossing and Finishing
